Beard Contest Entry
There are three categories to enter:
1. Full Beard -- A full beard consists of hair on the upper and lower lip, the chin, the cheeks, and the sideburns, without any natural or shaven gap. Lengths are measured from the bottom of the lower lip to the tip of the beard. Longest beard will win. Cost is $5.
2. Artistic Beard -- This category is for anyone who cannot grow a beard. You must create a beard and mustache using realistic looking hairs or materials of different types that create an artistic looking beard. Cost is $5.
3. Youth Beard -- Anyone under the age of 16 are welcome to create, craft, paint or design a beard using whatever they want. Beards can be constructed at home or using the crafts that will be supplied on site. Kids registration is FREE!
Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each category.
Veteran's Award -- There will be a people's choice award for Best Bearded Veteran in each category. Any competitor who served in any branch of the armed forces will be eligible. Make sure to check the veteran box on the registration form to be eligible.
